How do I send you my footage?
Via any common transfer platform, for example WeTransfer, SwissTransfer, Google Drive, Frame.io or Dropbox. As soon as everything arrives, we get started.
How long does editing take?
That depends on the scope and volume of your project. We always give you a clear timeframe before we start, so there are no surprises.
What if I need more than one feedback round?
One revision round is included as standard. Further rounds can be arranged as an add-on, just ask.
In which languages do you work?
We work in German, Russian and English, whether your content is for a local German-speaking audience or an international market.
Do you come to our company?
Yes. We run business media days on location across Germany and Austria. Planning, equipment and logistics are entirely on us.
What exactly are AI-generated images and videos?
AI images are custom graphics created from text prompts with professional AI tools, without a camera, studio or location. AI videos are short clips from the same technology, ideal for advertising, social media and product presentations.
What do I need to provide for an AI project?
A short brief. Tell us your brand, your audience, the message you want to land and any visual references you like. We handle creation, selection and editing from there.
Will the visuals match my brand?
That is the goal. We work from your brand colours, fonts, tone of voice and any existing visual material. The result should feel like it belongs in your feed, not like a generic AI output.
Can AI content be used for advertising?
Yes. Our AI-generated graphics and videos are suitable for paid ads on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms. On request we optimise formats and aspect ratios for specific placements.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery time depends on package size and current workload. We share an exact schedule before the project starts. Rush options can be arranged on request.
How does payment work?
You book a package directly on the site and pay by card. All prices shown are final, payment fees are already included. If checkout is unavailable, you are taken to a prepared email instead so nothing is lost.
Can I book a single video?
Not at the moment. We work in packages because onboarding, coordination and feedback rounds only make sense from a certain volume. The smallest package is ten videos, five for AI videos.
